How to check shipping cost:

1. Signup/register for an account.
   
2. Add the target item to the shopping cart.
   
3. Go to the shopping cart page, then enter your postal code to get the total estimated shipping cost.
   

Shipping costs for swivel brackets or SMALL items:

1. We ship at a flat rate and the shipping cost depends on product weight and size.
2. For domestic U.S. shipping, we charge a flat rate of $30.00 per swivel bracket for a weight greater than 5 lbs.
3. For Canada/Mexico/HI/AK shipping, we charge a flat rate of $50.00 per swivel bracket for weight greater than 5 lbs.
4. For all other international shipping, we charge a flat rate of $120 per swivel bracket for a weight greater than 5 lbs.

Shipping costs for LARGE items:

1. For domestic U.S. shipping, we charge a flat rate ranging from $200 to $500. (e.g. convertible bed)
2. For Canada/Mexico/HI/AK shipping, we charge a flat rate ranging from $600 to $800. (e.g. convertible bed)
3. We do not sell large items internationally EXCEPT to Canada and Mexico, due to the high shipping costs.

Can I save on shipping costs internationally?

1. Our customers frequently use a private mailbox (PMB) on the US side, which accepts FedEx packages inside the U.S. and is located near the CA/US border.
2. Pick it up in the US at one of our warehouses (WA or CA) and bring it back to Canada.
3. Have it installed at an upfitter in the United States before returning to Canada, the installation only takes about 30 minutes.
4. The customer is responsible for any fees related to customs, clearance fees, duties, or taxes incurred due to international shipping.

How to check shipping progress on existing orders:

• If you are a registered user, please Login -> My Account -> Order Status -> Your Order ID. You should be able to see your order tracking#.
  
• Orders ship out the next business day after the order is placed. Since our warehouse is not open on weekends or holidays, all orders from Fri-Sat will ship the following Monday.

What's the package transit time for the domestic U.S. and Canada?

For Canada and Mexico, the shipping time is 7 to 14 business days.

Notice:

1. All shipping estimates are for normal weather conditions and no holidays. Sometimes your order may be delayed multiple days due to severe weather conditions or holidays.
