WE CANNOT SHIP TO ANY PO BOX ADDRESSES!

  • If you put a PO BOX for the shipping address, CONTACT US NOW to stop the order. Your package may be lost in the FedEx system since this is against their policy to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
  • Although we put a warning on the checkout page, some customers still choose to ignore it. We can't help any customers if the item has been shipped. You must work with FedEx to get the item delivered successfully. 
  • We cannot process any refund for customers who ship to the incorrect address.
  • DO NOT PUT ANY EXTRA INFO IN ADDRESS Line 2 that does not match your USPS records. The carrier has the right to refuse delivery to incorrect/non-existent addresses.

Coverage: Terms of service

Worry-Free Delivery is a service provided by Seel (ParcelPanel’s partner). It protects against shipping loss, delays, damage, and theft (porch piracy). Coverage details include:

Option 1: If you do not know the ORDER ID

  1. Please sign in with the same user account that you used for ordering.
  2. Click on the "Order History" link located at the bottom right of our website.

  3. All your current and previous orders will be listed on this page, choose the order you are interested in to view it.

  1. Go to https://store.sprinterswivel.com/status/?orderid=00000&zipcode=00000
  2. Enter your ORDER ID and SHIPPING ADDRESS ZIPCODE.
  3. Click the "FIND" button.
